Saul is known for his 28 years of experience in transforming bodies through Pilates, blending traditional techniques with new fitness modalities. As the owner of Winsor Choza Pilates and a certified Romana Kryzanowska trainer, Saul has trained with the best and brings a wealth of knowledge to each session.
