Information About Payments for Gratz Pilates Orders
Payment Options Gratz Pilates accepts payments via wire transfers and credit card authorizations.
Wire Transfers
Wire transfers are the preferred payment method. You can find wire transfer instructions here. You are responsible for any wire fees charged by your bank, or by any intermediary bank that processes or forwards the electronic (wire) transfer.
Credit Card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted.
Finalizing Your Order and Payment
Domestic orders that only include small parts and accessories are processed automatically when you place your order on the website.
When you place an order on the Gratz Pilates website that includes apparatus, a pending transaction is placed on your credit card for the total amount ordered, but the transaction is not processed until your order is finalized with a Gratz team member.
A Gratz team member will contact you via email to provide a shipping quote and collect payment, 5-7 days after you place your order. Orders are placed in the production queue once payment is received.
Order totals that are less than $5,000 (before shipping costs are added) require payment in full to finalize the order.
Order totals that are $5,000 or more require a 50% payment to finalize the order. The second half of the payment is due when your order goes into production approximately 2 months before final delivery.
Financing Currently, financing is not available. However, if your order is over $5,000, only half is due upon ordering and the second half when your order goes into production.
Sales Tax We are required to collect sales tax for deliveries to the following US states: AL, AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MA, ME, MD, MI, MN, MO, NE, NJ, NM, NY, NV, NC, OH, OR, PA, RI, SC, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI + Washington DC. The tax rate applied to your order will generally be the combined state and local rate for the address to which your order is shipped. We are required to collect tax on shipping charges when applicable.
City of Philadelphia requires we charge an 8% tax on orders picked up from our warehouse.
Credit/Refund If a refund is approved you can expect a refund or credit in the same form of payment originally used to make your purchase. A credit issued to your credit card may take up to two weeks to be acknowledged by your issuing bank or credit card institution.
