Front facing frog is an advanced exercise for the Wunda Chair which incorporates a host of challenges. Balance on the toes, deep knee bend, upper body strength to maintain upright posture and the finishing touch of the pumps to further enhance the exercise.

She is comprehensively certified by Power Pilates and Romana’s Pilates, both Classical Pilates programs. She holds a BS and MS in Kinesiology from Indiana University and an MBA from the University of San Francisco.

Robert Surenbroek teaches the Classical Pilates Method as intended by Joseph Pilates passed on to his protégé Romana Kryzanowska. He is certified comprehensively by two organizations, Power Pilates and Romana’s Pilates. In addition to his certifications, he has been a teacher trainer for Power Pilates working in the US and Japan.
Comprehensive training means you have not done a weekend workshop on a single piece of apparatus or simply completed an online course or workshop. It means you have done apprentice hours and extensive hands-on training. Many programs today teach only reformer or mat, I teach the whole system with all the apparatus designed by Joe Pilates.
