My mentor, Kathi Ross-Nash, always said that the equipment was made for the work, not the other way around, and once I got on a Gratz Reformer I realised what that truly meant. So later on, when I first opened my studio in 2016, there really was no question as to where to get my equipment.”

STUDIO

MorePilates is a boutique studio, located in the heart of a hip neighborhood in Tel Aviv. The studio provides classical Pilates classes true to the authentic method created by Joseph Pilates. The classes in the studio are conducted with the best apparatus produced, handmade by Gratz. We have a fully equipped studio for private sessions, and for group classes we have five reformers combined with half cadillacs, chairs, and five of each of the small apparatus. This gives each session a lot of versatility, and allows working the thread of the system.

We offer a wide range of sessions at various levels. Each lesson is designed to best meet the needs and abilities of each individual, all accompanied by professional and personal attention to each clients goals, be it to improve flexibility, strength, endurance, balance, shape or toning and muscle pain relief.

PEOPLE

MorePilates started off with Mor as its sole instructor, and as it expanded we added more talented instructors to the staff.

Mor was certified as a Pilates instructor in 2007. Her first accreditation was acquired at the Kane Core and Integration Institute. The course was conducted by Kelly Kane, a student of Romana Kryzanowska. Additionally, Mor continued her training with renowned teachers including Susan Moran, Blossom Leilani Crawford and Kathryn Ross Nash to name a few. Being most fortunate, Mor has been invited to join Kathi Ross Nashs’ advanced teachers training program. Learning from these teachers has taught her so much, and inspired her to pass on that knowledge.

After a decade of experience in Pilates instruction at a variety of studios in Israel and NYC, Mor opened her own studio, MorePilates, in 2016 offering group sessions as well as privates.
