STUDIO
The Unopilates Zurich studio is an urban Pilates Studio located in the heart of Zurich West, just steps from the river and 10 minutes from downtown. The studio is fully equipped with Gratz Euipment. With more than 15 years of experience, Miguel Silva and Dominique Bandi opened the Unopilates Studio Zurich in 2019 where they offer private sessions and the Unopilates Teacher Training Program (www.unopilateszurich.ch). Zurich West is the former industrial district where now urbanity meets dynamic and diverse cultural life. It’s a melting pot for contemporary art and a place where urbanity and nature melt into one and we are very happy to have their beautiful studio in this area.

Being trained and working on Gratz Equipment from the start, it was never a question to us which equipment / brand we want to use. With more than 50 years of experience in manufacturing Pilates equipment and staying true to the source of Joseph Pilates, it was clear us. The benefits on your body working on Gratz equipment is undeniable. Miguel Silva
Miguels enthusiasm for Pilates is clear and contagious, teaching with high energy and a passionate embodiment of the method. Miguel has many years of experience and vast anatomical and physiological knowledge, but was sets him apart is his natural intuitive understanding of what each body needs. His sharp eye and sense of humour making each session not only challenging and effective, but also fun. Miguel will push you to your limits, with kindness and laughter. Miguel is the founder and director of the Unopilates School, certifying teachers from around the world.
Dominique Bandi
Due to a back injury, Dominique discovered Pilates and immediately felt the huge benefit this workout brought to her body. After being a practitioner for 4 years, in 2014 she decided to go through the highly recommended training program of "The Pilates Standard", founded by Bob Liekens, and successfully completed the training program 1 year later. In the search of a deeper understanding of the Pilates Method she found the Unopilates school, directed by Miguel Silva. After finishing the Intensive Program, she has been working for the school. In 2019 Unopilates Zurich opened as an addition to Unopilates School Portugal. Coming from an athletic background and seeing the improvement of strength, balance and control on her own body convinced Dominique that this is something she wants to pass on to more people.LOCATION
