I like to think of our studio as a Classical oasis in a sea of fitness establishments. 15 years strong, Westport Pilates has gone through so much growth and change to arrive where we are today- a fully equipped Gratz Pilates studio!

I love and tend to this equipment like a proud owner attends to his Alpha Romeo!

The reformers are well oiled machines that respond very well to care and proper use. The “music” of a Gratz reformer truly connects you to the genius of the Pilates exercises. In short, Gratz equipment sets the standard here!

PEOPLE

We are blessed to have an amazing, loyal, varied and dedicated clientele. Many of our clients have been with us for over 15 years which has given us the gift of progressing people forward through the aging process.

1 hour outside of New York, our community consists of many city transplants who’ve chosen a healthier lifestyle and we are a big part of that.
