If we do not have a referral in your area:

Look for professionals with experience in automotive, furniture or medical-grade vinyl, as they often work with durable materials suited for Pilates equipment.
- If you are in an area where Gratz can reupholster your bed or carriage, the turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks.
Upholstery Replacement Process
Here’s what the upholsterer will do:

Remove and replace the foam: Most Gratz apparatuses have foam glued to a wooden frame. The upholsterer will scrape off any old glue residue and sand the surface before applying the new foam.

For some smaller, highly used components such as removable shoulder blocks or pillows for headrests it is often easier and more cost-effective to replace them entirely.
