Located in Clapham, London, Nathalie Clough Pilates is an exclusive, private studio teaching one to one clients and duets. Staying true to the method of Joseph Pilates and teaching clients the knowledge to take ownership of and responsibility for their own bodies is integral to the ethos of the studio. Clients benefit from a new awareness of their body and how to make it strong, mobile and pain free - providing the ability to make transformative, sustainable changes to their physical and mental health.

Gratz classical apparatus is renowned in the industry for its ability to provide smooth transitions from exercise to exercise, allowing a client to focus on their core and breathing whilst achieving a stronger and deeper workout.
The studio currently includes an Universal Reformer (& jump board), Wunda Chair, Wall Unit and Spine Corrector and Pedi Pole – with a Cadillac soon to be added.

About Nathalie Clough

Founder and Owner of Nathalie Clough Studio

Following a slipped disc aged 15, Nathalie discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation through a close family friend and Pilates guru, Body Control Founder, Gordon Thomson.

She has since dedicated her time to delving into the Pilates method and teaching others how essential it is to the fundamental workings of our bodies.

With over 15 years’ experience and 10 years of teaching as a qualified mat work, full apparatus, classical and contemporary instructor (with additional qualifications in antenatal as well as children), Nathalie has firmly cemented herself as one of the industry’s elite Pilates instructors and movement specialists.
